Apple's website is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about rock-solid web design.
Everything is laid out and organized perfectly, the animations, fonts, and images are clean and subtle rather than overbearing, and unsurprisingly, it's mobile-optimized, which is incredibly important in 2018. Everything looks great no matter what device one visits the site with.
As amazing as their products are, I expect nothing less when it comes to Apple's website. I love it's simplistic design.
